Role Overview
Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for our client based in Dalmarnock.
This is a short-term temporary opportunity for an experienced and professional individual to provide front-of-house support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background looking for an immediate, short-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
- Meet and greet all visitors to the premises
- Book and arrange meeting rooms as required
- Carry out general administration tasks to support the wider team
- Ensure the reception area is maintained to a high standard
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Confident using general IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
- Available to start immediately and commit to the full one-week assignment
Offering
- Temporary assignment between 31st July-14th August
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour
