Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Facilities Management provider as a valued member of their fast-paced and sociable Service Desk team.
This full-time, office-based role reports to the Service Desk Manager and Supervisor and plays a pivotal role in coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure contractual commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule planned preventative maintenance works in line with contractual requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to coordinate and confirm PPM visits.
- Communicate confidently with customers to confirm appointments and access arrangements.
- Monitor and review PPM activities to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records, including asset updates and contract amendments.
- Provide support and cover across the wider Service Desk team as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a scheduling, planning or helpdesk environment.
- Experience coordinating planned maintenance works is advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
- Energetic, positive and personable with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- A genuine team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and sociable office environment.
Offering
- Full-time, permanent, office-based position in South Lanarkshire.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 8am – 5pm.
- Salary up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
