Role Overview
You will support the Senior Support Administrator by coordinating breakdown repairs across various contracts and ensuring all associated administration is completed within service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Log all breakdowns and maintenance requests efficiently into the system
- Allocate works to appropriate engineers based on skills, availability, and location
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Reschedule follow-up appointments upon receipt of parts to minimize service disruption
- Ensure all jobs are completed within designated timeframes and tasks are closed on the system
- Manage service desk correspondence, prioritizing and responding as needed
- Raise purchase orders for parts, materials, and subcontractors
- Provide regular reports to management and clients on KPIs and service metrics
- Perform general administrative tasks to support business operations
- Maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a scheduling, helpdesk, or service desk role
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, flexible attitude with excellent teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Offering
- Permanent, full-time role based in Aberdeen (office-based)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
