Role Overview
This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 weeks, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers in a polite and professional manner
- Supporting the wider customer service team with general administrative duties
- Managing emails and responding to customer enquiries
- Data entry and updating internal systems
- Preparing and maintaining documentation using Microsoft Office
Skills & Experience
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Good IT skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite
- Organised, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
Offering
- Temporary position based in East Kilbride
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Pay rate: £12.50 per hour
- Immediate start available
- Minimum assignment duration: 3 weeks
