Job Description

Murray Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Administrator for our client who specialises within a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors providing a logistical platform for their well-established clients for a permanent nightshift opportunity based locally in central Lanarkshire.

Working closely with the team, you will be required to carry out the following duties but not limited too;

  • Manage driver cards and tachograph
  • Ensure MOT schedules and service adhered to
  • POD management and tracking
  • Carry out driver debriefs
  • Update trackers
  • Maintain internal database and spreadsheets
  • All associated administration
Experience:
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Must have a proactive attitude and working at a fast-paced office environment
  • Experience working within the transport environment desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent use of all Microsoft packages
This is a full-time role working on a 4 on 4 off night shift (7 pm – 7 am) work pattern!
