Job Description

Due to continued growth and high demand, Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Helpdesk Administrator to join our client a Building Services provider based in Lanarkshire on a permanent basis.

Your duties will involve overseeing specific contracts, guaranteeing that both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks meet SLAs. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating labor schedules to align with these SLAs. Additionally, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Duties

  • Scheduling of all labour in to achieve required SLA’s for reactive, quoted and PPM jobs.
  • Efficient route planning of the engineers to maximise efficiency and reduce travel time.
  • Ability to work under pressure positively with enthusiasm in a busy help-desk environment.
  • Ensuring communication is always kept to a high standard between yourself and engineers.
  • Responding to customer queries and phone calls in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Monitoring and management of our current KPIS relating to planning which include; New jobs, PPMs both due and overdue, attended & completed works, overdue booked works, and Parts to fit.
  • Ensure internal CAFM system and client portals are updated and in line with SLAS’s.
  • Covering service mailbox, logging calls & answering queries.
  • Supporting in other areas of the team when necessary to cover annual leave/sickness.
  • Supporting helpdesk manager with any additional works, tasks which may be required.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous helpdesk, service desk or contract administration experience.
  • Ability to plan with your own initiative.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work on a busy and fast paced environment and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player.

Package

  • Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1hour for lunch
  • Holidays: 33 days annual leave including statutory days
  • Salary up to 27K DOE.
