Due to significant growth, Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant and growing recruitment team based in Hamilton.
Your role will be to work alongside the Head of Commercial to assist with resourcing confirmed vacancies, generating suitable candidates and further developing existing relationships across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Head hunting candidates for positions
• Managing candidate database
• Resourcing multiple jobs and multi-tasking
• Handling job advert and CV response
• Incoming and outgoing candidate calls
• Making outbound calls to our candidate portfolio
• Candidate job searches
• Collecting relevant documentation i.e. proof of ID/certification
• Database cleansing and management
• Complying with Murray Recruitment workflow management
• Assisting the sales team with developing existing client relationships
• All round general administration tasks

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a fast paced office environment
• Be able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care
• Pro-active attitude
• Motivated, driven and enthusiastic
• Good communication skills
