Job Description

Due to significant growth, Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant and growing recruitment team based in Hamilton.
Your role will be to work alongside the Head of Engineering & Technical to assist with resourcing confirmed vacancies, generating suitable candidates and further developing existing relationships across the business.

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer revolves around providing a first-class service to all candidates seeking a new role and assisting with developing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Head hunting candidates for positions
  • Managing candidate database
  • Resourcing multiple jobs and multi-tasking
  • Handling job advert and CV response
  • Incoming and outgoing candidate calls
  • Making outbound calls to our candidate portfolio
  • Candidate job searches
  • Collecting relevant documentation i.e. proof of ID/certification
  • Database cleansing and management
  • Complying with Murray Recruitment workflow management
  • Assisting the sales team with developing existing client relationships
  • All round general administration tasks

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a similar role within recruitment/ previous office-based sales experience.
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Motivated, driven and enthusiastic
  • Good communication skills
