Murray Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant and growing recruitment team to ensure first-class customer service to candidates.

Key responsibilities:
  • Headhunting candidates for positions
  • Managing candidate database
  • Resourcing multiple jobs and multitasking
  • Handling job advert and CV response
  • Incoming and outgoing candidate calls
  • Making a number of volume outbound calls to our candidate portfolio
  • Candidate job searches
  • Collecting relevant documentation i.e. proof of ID/certification
  • Database cleansing and management
  • Complying with Murray Recruitment workflow management
  • All associated administration
Essential requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a similar role within a service environment
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Motivated, driven and enthusiastic
  • Good communication skills
