Job Description

Murray Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our client in South Lanarkshire.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently managing service requests, providing administrative support and working alongside team members to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversea mobile engineers daily workload
  • Planning and coordinating all installations and Call-Outs.
  • Arrange weekly working Schedule
  • Order materials required
  • Assist in quotations
  • Book service visits and liaise with Clients.
  • File job reports on Workpal System used by engineers to record visits and provide information for invoice to clients.
  • Assist accounts team to provide invoices to clients for works and quotes carried out.
  • Liaise with suppliers and order materials requested by engineers or noted on quotations.
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Provide RAMS to engineers to carry out tasks.

Experience:

  • Proven experience within a similar background.
  • Strong and positive communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to meet departmental needs.
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to assist in other areas as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
