Murray Recruitment have a new full time, permanent position available for a reliable, skilled Painter & Decorator.

We are working with a total FM provider who have a very busy long-term contract based in Berwickshire and therefore are looking for a time served Painter & Decorator to join the team.

Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• All work will be carried out with domestic properties – void/ tenanted social housing environment
• Carrying out refurbishment of current properties to bring back to rent able level
• Painting and Decorating– repair and maintenance through all rooms within the properties
• Assisting other trades when necessary
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are adhered to

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Time served, qualified Painter and Decorator
• CSCS card (ideally)
• Experience of working within occupied/ social housing properties
• Full UK Driving Licence
• You will ideally liv within a commutable distance to Duns (Scottish Borders)

Package:

• Hourly rate £15.50 per hour (permanent position)
• Van + fuel card
• Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
• 28 Days holiday
