Job Description

Murray Recruitment has a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager based within Central Lanarkshire.
Our client who is well established within scientific investigation works has an excellent reputation as they offer tailored and bespoke services to a wide range of clients.

Working within a busy environment and reporting to the Regional Manager;

Duties will include but not limited to the following:
  • Monthly meetings with staff
  • Monitor KPI’s and highlight any concerns to management
  • Manage the central register of equipment/documentation
  • Arrange meetings, archiving of files and ordering of equipment
  • Training of staff for personal development
  • Manage Health & Safety documentation/booking training etc
  • Manage team holidays, sickness and support staff needs
  • Work closely with other dept’s to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Attending meetings
  • Supporting the management team as / when required
  • All associated administration
Essential requirements:
  • Proven track record working within a similar environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of all Microsoft packages
  • Experience working with a document management system
  • Strong capability to work to deadlines and on own initiative
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Working hours are Monday – Friday; 9 am – 5:30 pm and this role offers fantastic benefits as per below;
