My client a UK leader within their industry are currently recruiting for a trade counter assistant to be based within their Lanarkshire branch on a full-time basis for initially a 10-month contract.
Working as a Trade Counter Sales, you will be serving both trade and retail customers in the above branch however you may be required to cover other sites in the West of Scotland.
- Building rapport with customers
- Establishing relationships
- Negotiating prices
- Dealing with enquiries and processing customer orders
- Picking customer orders
- Keeping trade counter clean
- All associated admin
- Previous experience within a similiar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate with customers
- Basic IT skills
- Full Driving Licence
