Job Description

My client is an award-winning Facilities Management provider who have a new vacancy available for a Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to join the team in North Lanarkshire.
Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the FM service delivery with the effective planning of works and all associated administration.

Duties

  • Logging jobs onto the internal system and allocating engineer/subcontractor to carry out the works.
  • Allocating purchase order numbers for materials and subcontractors
  • Producing quotes for clients
  • Raising orders for clients
  • Collating reports upon completion of works
  • Processing timesheets, job forms and relevant paperwork
  • Reporting for management
  • Liaising with colleagues, subcontractors and clients in relation to job progress
  • All aspects of admin to support Contracts Manager and Operations Support Manager

Experience

  • Previous experience within a Helpdesk Co-Ordinator
  • Excellent communicator
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong IT Skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • 37.5 hour working week, flexible hours starting between 8am-5pm
