Job Description

Due to significant growth and recent lucrative contract awards, my client who is a well-established and successful Building Services provider are recruiting for experienced Administrator’s for a night shift position working 4 days on and 4 days off between 7 pm – 7 am.

Reporting to the Team Leader and working as part of a team, you will be working in a very busy environment carrying out a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Logging faults and scheduling emergency works
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Fleet Administration
  • Booking of Travel and Accommodation
  • Collating and Distribution of Health & Safety, Site and Client Manuals
  • Updating job sheets and closing down works
  • Producing Sales Invoices
  • Reporting for management on various contracts
Experience:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage your workload and work on your own initiative
