Job Description

Murray Recruitment has an excellent permanent opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator based in Livingston.

Working in a team and reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for assisting customers, planning of works and all supporting administration.

Duties:

  • Planning PPM and Reactive works
  • Programming engineers workload
  • Logging calls and emails from clients
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Raising quotations
  • Processing job sheets
  • Raising Purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Liaising with subcontractors regarding works
  • Updating all systems
  • Contract administration

Experience/Skills:

  • Previous Helpdesk/Contract Admin experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Competent IT skills
  • Team player

Package:

  • Working Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm.
  • Salary is dependent on experience
  • Holidays are 33 days, 28 annual leave & 5 statutory bank holidays which are (1st & 2nd of January, Easter Monday, and the 25th & 26th of December)
