Job Description

Murray Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator for an immediate start in Glasgow for a permanent opportunity!

You will support the operations team to ensure all calls within the region are attended and completed within the client specified SLA and to plan all engineers fully and efficiently and with the flexibility to achieve this.

Optimise engineer’s time and revenue ensuring excellent communication with engineers, subcontractors and clients at all times.
Key Responsibilities;
  • Log all call from a client on an internal system and arrange labour for Repair, Install and PPM; order parts and efficiently and effectively to ensure job completion with the required timescales
  • Scheduling engineer’s workload
  • Ability to work under pressure positively to achieve response times for reactive works
  • Customer communication, proactive customer update and incoming call handling
  • Monitoring of the KPI’s to ensure all jobs are completed within required time scales
  • Ensure internal systems and client-specific web sites are updated and in line with SLA’s
  • Process and follow up quotations
Skills/Experience;
  • General admin experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience within a similar role/environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
This position is a full-time position working Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.45 and Friday 07.30-16.00
