Job Description
Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant for a full-time permanent position based in North Lanarkshire for our client who are a leading supplier of Civil’s products.
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for the Company’s accounts function from beginning to end.
Responsibilities;
- Receive and collate invoices from suppliers
- Manage high volume invoice processing
- Purchase ledger & sales ledger processing
- Liaise with Suppliers regarding any queries
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Credit control
- Manage goods received GDN
- Deal with customer enquiries to resolution
- All associated administration.
Skills & Experience;
- Previous experience within Finance Assistant position
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel & Word / SAGE 50 desirable
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Able to work flexibly under pressure
Package;
- Working hours are Monday – Friday – 37.5 hour week.
- Salary is up to £24k DOE
- Pension contribution
- Annual bonus based on Company performance
- Holidays 22 basic plus 8 bank holidays
