Job Description

Murray Recruitment have an opportunity for a Finance Administrator for a 6-month fixed term contract based in Livingston.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be working as part of a team providing administrative support to the Finance Division.

Responsibilities

Answering phones/emails and dealing with supplier/customer queries
Assist commercial team with administration requirements including purchase orders and quote administration
Site operatives timesheet collation
Site operatives holiday/sickness/training administration
Vehicle/fuel card administration
Daily invoice processing including matching to purchase orders, resolving differences, obtaining approvals and posting on accounts software
Other general finance tasks

Experience

Previous experience within an administration position
A strong team player
Excellent communication skills
Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Offering

£11.44 per hour
Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 4pm
