Job Description

Murray Recruitment are looking for an experienced Export Administrator for a permanent position to join a busy and vibrant team with our Client who are a well- established Chemical Company based in Lanarkshire.

You would be responsible for the full customer sales process and all administration from receiving an order and organising despatch of goods to producing export documentation and chasing delivery dates.

Duties

  • Taking an order and inputting it onto internal system
  • Liaising with shipping companies to organise shipment and delivery dates
  • Producing export documentation for all deliveries within Europe
  • Chasing shipping companies on all orders
  • Producing invoices and delivery notes
  • All associated Administration and Customer Service

Experience/skills

  • Knowledge and experience of dealing with the export of goods/export documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of attention to detail

Company Benefits

  • Working hours are Monday – Friday; 9am-5pm. If needed can be flexible to Monday-Thursday; 8:30am-5pm and Friday; 8:30am-2:30pm.
  • Salary is up to £40k
  • 29 days holidays which increases to 31 days after 2 years and 24 after 6 years
