Job Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator working for a leading Facilities Management company based on a client site in Glasgow City Centre.

Working within FM you will be responsible for all security/vetting and contract administration ensuring a first-class service to the client.


  • Liaising with Clients, Engineers, Sub-contractors and Managers
  • Scheduling the reactive works and assigning to engineers/sub-contractors
  • Overseeing PPM works
  • Ensuring security clearance and vetting for subcontractors and staff is continuely kept up to date.
  • Health & Safety Administration
  • Reporting for client and management
  • Processing job sheets and various contract documentation
  • Dealing with client enquiries in a timely manner.
  • All associated admin and customer service


  • Experienced within a Facilities Assistant / Facilities Administration / Contract Administration position
  • FM or In-house Services background desirable
  • Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiate and prioritise workload


  • Salary up to £26k
  • Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (1hour lunch)
  • Holidays 35 days per year
  • Pension
