Murray Recruitment is currently recruiting an Administrator for a Building Services company based in Renfrewshire.
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for all the contract administration;
- Planning engineers workload
- Closing off works, getting updates from engineers and liaising with clients
- Ordering materials for works
- Managing purchase orders
- Processing all engineers paperwork
- All-round customer service and administration support to Operations team
- Previous experience within an administration position
- Good IT skills working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with the ability to manage your workload
The hours are Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
