Job Description

Murray Recruitment is currently recruiting an Administrator for a Building Services company based in Renfrewshire.

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for all the contract administration;

Responsibilities: 
  • Planning engineers workload
  • Closing off works, getting updates from engineers and liaising with clients
  • Ordering materials for works
  • Managing purchase orders
  • Processing all engineers paperwork
  • Reception
  • All-round customer service and administration support to Operations team
Experience: 
  • Previous experience within an administration position
  • Good IT skills working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to manage your workload
The hours are Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
