Job Description
Murray Recruitment have a excellent full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Branch Administrator based in Leeds.
As Branch Administrator, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, Branch Managers, and Sales Team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks essential for the smooth running of operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing wholesale requests, orders, and billing via Simpro.
- Contact customers to identify sales opportunities and maintain service levels.
- Manage and process new projects/installation works on Simpro.
- Raise equipment orders to support branch needs.
- Organise staff accommodation and handle OTAs.
- Compile and submit O&M manuals.
- Gather contractor details for new account setups.
- Complete customer/supplier questionnaires.
- Process service, maintenance, and installation invoicing.
- Attend weekly performance meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, work status, and billing reports.
- Monitor and manage three branch email accounts.
- Schedule and oversee branch maintenance activities.
- Respond to repair inquiries and coordinate engineering schedules.
- Process delivery receipts and manage stock levels with Branch Managers.
- Handle incoming calls across three branches.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Installation Administrator and provide holiday cover.
Experience:
- Previous experience within all aspects of administration eg sales admin, billing, scheduling, helpdesk
- Strong IT skills, with experience in service management systems.
- Familiarity with Simpro / Xero is preferred, though not essential.
- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organise workloads, responds swiftly to changing priorities, and remain focused under pressure to meet deadlines.
- This role is office based and someone who is used to working on their own within an office environment.
- Basic disclosure carried out with successful candidate due to nature of contracts.
Offering:
- Starting salary £25k – £27K DOE
- Hours Monday – Friday 35 hours between 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm (Office Based)
- Holidays are 20 days annual, increasing to 25 days after one year’s service and 8 days’ public and 1 day birthday holidays.
