Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing team in a permanent, full-time position.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Support Administrator in coordinating breakdown repairs across multiple contracts, ensuring all works are completed within SLA targets while delivering comprehensive administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently log all breakdowns and maintenance requests onto internal systems
- Allocate jobs to engineers based on skills, availability, and location
- Handle inbound customer calls, responding to enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Reschedule appointments following part deliveries to minimise service disruption
- Monitor job progress to ensure completion within agreed timeframes, updating and closing tasks accordingly
- Manage incoming service desk correspondence, prioritising and responding appropriately
- Raise purchase orders for parts, materials, and subcontractors
- Provide regular performance reports to management and clients
- Carry out general administrative duties to support service operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a scheduling, helpdesk, or service desk role
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Offering
- Full-time, permanent, office-based role in Glasgow
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Salary up to £DOE
