Role Overview
Due to significant growth, Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and expanding team.
This role is focused on managing our busy Temporary Division and delivering first-class customer service to candidates.
Based in Central Scotland, this is an excellent opportunity to join one of Lanarkshire’s leading multi-sector recruitment agencies, serving the Commercial, Engineering, IT, and Sales sectors since 2010.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and maintaining client/business relationships in a competitive environment
- Sourcing candidates for a variety of temporary positions
- Managing and updating the candidate database
- Resourcing multiple jobs and effectively multi-tasking
- Handling job adverts and CV responses
- Managing incoming and outgoing candidate calls
- Making volume outbound calls to the candidate portfolio
- Conducting targeted candidate job searches
- Collecting and verifying relevant documentation (e.g. proof of ID, certifications)
- Ensuring compliance with Murray Recruitment’s workflow management processes
- Managing temporary contractors and their assignments
- Performing general administrative tasks related to recruitment activities
Skills & Experience
- Experience in industrial or construction temporary recruitment preferred (other sectors also considered)
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Proactive and results-driven approach
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and resilient under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied and dynamic workload effectively
