Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy & Finance for our team based in Hamilton.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of the Accountancy & Finance desk within our agency.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business within the Accountancy & Finance sector, identifying opportunities and driving client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, delivering tailored and effective recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
- Operate with independence while working closely with our leadership team to support wider business growth.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, contributing market insights and helping shape recruitment strategy.
- Deliver a first-class experience for both candidates and clients, reflecting our values and reputation in the market.
Skills & Experience
- Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Accountancy & Finance market.
- Strong background in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building your own desk.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and projects.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment software and tools.
