Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating and planning engineers workload.
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring first class customer service at all times.
- Liaise between customer and operations management to ensure smooth operational delivery meeting contract SLAs.
- Process new projects on project management system and collate documentation
- Create work packs for engineers i.e. drawings, equipment list etc.
- Raise equipment orders, as required to support Project Manager
- Organise Accommodation and overnight allowance
- Obtain information from contractors to set up new accounts
- Update monthly financial reports
- Generate and submit applications for payment / invoices
- Process part orders from Wholesalers
- Attend and contribute to project meetings
- Provide cover for Planner
- Adhoc tasks to support the projects division
Experience / Skills
- Experience working within a Project / Commercial Administration or Assistant position
- Billing or Invoicing experience
- Excellent IT skills ideally with experience of using a project management software
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Team player with ability to work on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and organised
Offering
- Starting salary £26k – £28k DOE
- Hours Monday – Friday 35 hours between 9am – 5pm
- Holidays are 20 days annual, increasing to 25 days after one year’s service and 8 days’ public and 1 -day birthday holidays.
