Main Duties
- Planning PPM and Reactive works
- Programming engineers workload
- Logging calls and emails from clients
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Raising quotations
- Processing job sheets
- Raising Purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaising with subcontractors regarding works
- Updating all systems
- Contract administration
Skills & Experience
- Previous Helpdesk/Contract Admin experience
- Excellent communicator
- Competent IT skills
- Team player
Package
- Working Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm (flexible working hours / hybrid available after training ie 3 days office based / 2 days at home)
- Salary is dependent on experience
- Holidays are 33 days, 28 annual leave & 5 statutory bank holidays which are (1st & 2nd of January, Easter Monday, and the 25th & 26th of December)
