Key Responsibilities
- Log incoming jobs from clients update systems and portals.
- Schedule and plan works efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
- Produce quotations and update client portals as required.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with customer service enquiries, handling incoming queries professionally.
- Scan, file, and manage financial documents to maintain compliance and organisation.
- Process invoices and support the finance team with data entry.
- Assist with financial tasks during holidays and peak periods, with training provided.
- Keep internal systems updated to ensure smooth business operations.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop finance-related knowledge.

- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
