Duties Include
- Planning of Reactive and Planned Maintenance works in line with SLAs and client requirements.
- Coordination Planning of access arrangements between sub-contractors / engineers and the relevant client representative for each client site
- Creating and issuing Purchase Orders to sub-contractors as required for reactive and planned works, and for obtaining the required level of financial approval on the system
- Effectively communicate high priority faults to senior management, ensuring seamless coordination with the relevant sub-contractors and engineers, providing timely updates until resolution.
- Ensure system remains updated in accordance with sub-contractor attendance times, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Promptly obtain and upload sub-contractor paperwork to the appropriate work orders on the system for both reactive work and PPMs.
- Foster strong relationships with the field operations team, sub-contractors and client representatives to ensure the highest standards of communication are maintained
- Responsible for updates and amendments to the PPM schedules on the CAFM system
- Providing support and cover for other team members as required
Experience required
- Experience within a similar helpdesk / planning / coordinator position.
- Experience of MS Office application.
- Excellent administration and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Salary is up to £25,618
- Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
