Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy team, providing essential administrative support across day-to-day operations. Initially offered as a contract position, this role has the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and directing queries appropriately
- Managing emails and correspondence efficiently
- Filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records
- Inputting and updating data on internal systems
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and preparing relevant documentation
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- A flexible and team-focused approach
Offering
- Contract role with potential for permanent employment
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm
- Salary DOE
- 28 days holiday per annum (pro rata, including public holidays)
