Job Description

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy team, providing essential administrative support across day-to-day operations. Initially offered as a contract position, this role has the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls and directing queries appropriately
  • Managing emails and correspondence efficiently
  • Filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records
  • Inputting and updating data on internal systems
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and preparing relevant documentation
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
  • A flexible and team-focused approach
