We sit down with you face to face and find out about your organisation and why you are looking to fill this vacancy. This allows us to tailor our services to suit your needs, company culture and internal processes.

Identifying key competencies, skills and requirements

We need to know what is important to you so that we can find the best candidates to fit your role, team and culture.

Resource correct candidates and thorough vetting

We source the correct candidates through our database of candidates and networking.  We provide a very thorough service, taking each candidate through a vetting procedure:

  • Telephone Interview
  • Face to Face Interview
  • Testing (where applicable)
  • Completion of client paperwork including application forms, disclosure forms and clearance documentation.
  • References and valid ID checks

 After service

By gaining and providing feedback after interviews and  placement’s, keeping in touch weekly during the 1st month of placement  then monthly for the next 3 months to ensure everything is going well.  Previously we have found that this ensures retention of placements.
